- Develop customer-centric Printed Circuit Board (PCB) solutions, ensuring long-term value and reliability for our UV equipment.
- Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards like UL, CSA, and CE for industrial automation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, software engineers, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive seamless design and production.
- Drive continuous improvement, setting ambitious goals and measuring success to push innovation forward.
- Define and execute engineering strategies, creating clear specifications and EPIC stories to keep projects on track.
- Be a technical leader across the organization, ensuring key initiatives drive meaningful outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and schematic capture using PC-based CAD tools. Designing for compliance, manufacturability, and testability.
- Experience as hands-on contributor and leader OR desire to lead others.
- Strong strategic and operational leadership skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven expertise in embedded hardware solutions, with a track record of successfully managing portfolios and delivering results.
- Agile development processes, particularly Scrum.
- Prototyping and testing of electronic board assemblies.
- Utilizing hardware quality assurance tools.
