As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for two high-performing Senior Enterprise Sales Executives to join our team. If you have a proven track record in selling enterprise software solutions in employee recognition or customer loyalty, and thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Own a vertical territory and drive new business by targeting a curated list of 5-100 key industry solution providers.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to expand CarltonOne’s presence in the employee recognition or loyalty solutions space.
- Engage and close high-value partnerships with solution providers that serve Fortune 100 organizations.
- Position CarltonOne as the premier provider of recognition/loyalty technology within those industries at events, with influencers and industry advisors.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, including RFP responses, contract negotiations, and stakeholder alignment.
- Work closely with internal teams—including Marketing, Technology, and Client Success—to deliver partnerships that generate long-term revenue growth.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive – You have 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling employee recognition or loyalty solutions, with a successful track record in exceeding quotas.
- Industry Knowledge – Deep understanding of the employee recognition or loyalty provider landscape, including key players, market trends, and customer pain points.
- Strategic & Consultative Seller – Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles, uncovering customer needs, and positioning value-based solutions.
- Self-Starter & Results-Driven – You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly motivated, and have a history of consistently exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent Communicator & Negotiator – Strong ability to articulate complex solutions, build trust with senior executives, and drive deals to close.
