As an executive assistant you will provide comprehensive support to our technology executives and leadership team by being adept at managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and assisting with various projects.

In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do as an executive assistant:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and necessary documentation. Ensure that meeting rooms are equipped, and logistics are arranged appropriately

  • Handle all aspects of travel planning and logistics, including international travel, flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and visa arrangements as needed.

  • Be the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and vendors, keeping communication channels professional and courteous to build strong relationships and partnerships

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large events, such as recognition ceremonies, team-building activities, and company-wide celebrations. Ensure smooth logistics, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to budget constraints

  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of leaders’ and department budget, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting technology executives

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the adaptability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software like MS Teams.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Passion/ interest in technology and industry trends is a plus

Annualized base pay range

$61,500.00 - $78,500.00



Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
