ROLE: Executive Assistant
REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer
LOCATION: Burnaby Head Office (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and a critical enabler of Senior Leadership Team effectiveness. This role acts as an extension of the CEO—managing priorities, optimizing decision flow, and ensuring seamless executive and governance operations. The Executive Assistant operates with the highest level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- You have 7+ years supporting senior executives, ideally a CEO or C-suite
- You have experience working with senior leadership teams
- You have supported board or governance-related activities
- You have worked in complex, fast-growing or matrixed organizations
- Experience supporting Boards of Directors
- Exposure to regulated, food, manufacturing, or consumer goods environments
- Project coordination support experience
- Enable CEO effectiveness through strategic calendar, priority, and information management
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO, SLT, Board, and key stakeholders
- Orchestrate SLT meetings, including agendas, materials, follow-ups, and decision tracking
- Prepare and coordinate executive-level communications, briefings, and presentations
- Support Board meetings and governance processes with discretion and accuracy
- Anticipate issues, remove obstacles, and ensure leaders are prepared and informed
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when required by executive schedules
- Availability during critical business or governance cycles
- Absolute commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct
