Zurich Canada is currently looking for a post-secondary student for a Risk Services/Risk Engineering focused Internship/Coop position to provide support with various projects and tasks to support business initiatives.

You will work under direct supervision and perform requested tasks alongside experienced professionals. These opportunities are part of our internship program and are also open to Co-op students.

This Internship/Co-op role is a unique opportunity to build your knowledge and experience for the future in a supportive environment where your voice matters.

In this role you will:

  • Learn and apply Zurich’s risk assessment tools and methodologies
  • Assist in conducting property risk assessments and evaluations
  • Collaborate with senior risk engineers and consultants on client projects
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Participate in site visits and inspections under the guidance of experienced professionals
  • Conduct research on industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in property risk management

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, and will be enrolled in the upcoming Fall Semester, ideally entering 3rd or 4th year, preferably in an Engineering focused/related program.
  • Be legally eligible to work in Canada
