Position: Family Lawyer (minimum of 5+ years of experience)

Position: Family Lawyer (minimum of 5+ years of experience)
Locations: Vancouver - hybrid
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law proceedings, including trials and hearings
- Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of legal documents
- Identify and analyze a variety of legal issues and have the ability to distill large volumes of information into focused and simplified language to effectively advocate on behalf of your client
- Conduct legal research and analysis and provide legal advice and direction based on your findings
- Strong dedication to providing exceptional client service
- Ability to manage a full caseload from initiation to resolution
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- 4+ years of experience in family law
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong litigation skills and drafting skills
- A strong ability to prioritize competing demands and the ability to work under pressure
- Empathy, integrity, and a client-focused approach
