Harvest Operations is currently recruiting a Field Operator, reporting to the Lead Field Operator. The Field Operator performs work duties and follows all Harvest policies, procedures, and processes. This is a contract position based out of the Willesden Green / Ferrier areas.

What we are looking for
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Valid safety certifications
- Minimum 2 years of operating / relevant oilfield experience
Our ideal candidate will also have:
- The ability to troubleshoot well and facility issues
- Good understanding of production systems and facility operations
- Strong safety mindset and leadership
- Proficiency with computers and operational software
What you will do
- Ensure field operations follow Harvest health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and processes
- Participate in audit related activities of operations to improve overall efficiencies
- Perform routine well and facility checks along assigned routes while monitoring production, identifying issues, and adjusting operations accordingly.
- Monitor production, review SCADA data, and resolve operational issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate repairs and upgrades
- Support well servicing, optimization, and production improvement efforts
- Collect, analyze, and record operational and production data
- Complete regulatory, emissions, and operational reporting requirements
- Track downtime, costs, and performance metrics
- Maintain effective communication, shift handovers, and team coordination
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, contractors, landowners, and regulators

This position is classified as safety sensitive. Any offer of employment will be conditional upon successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and a physical demands assessment.
