As our next Financial Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting strategic financial planning, reporting, costing, and analysis at the plant and business unit level. Your expertise in accounting and financial analysis will be crucial in driving operational efficiency, supporting business goals, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

- Maintain and report on plant financials including monthly KPIs, sales, and variance analysis
- Prepare product line profitability, program financial bridges, and capital budget tracking
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year strategic planning processes
- Support costing functions: inventory valuation, BOM maintenance, and cost model development
- Consolidate actuals and forecasts and assist Group Controller in improvement initiatives
- Utilize TM1, Power BI, and financial tools for reporting, business analytics, and automation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of cost modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power BI
- CPA designation or currently pursuing CPA
- Experience with TM1, Power Automate, and large data analytics
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards
