This role is key in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting and analysis for joint venture assets, supporting strategic decision-making across departments. Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reporting packages with variance analysis and commentary
- Monitor and forecast cash flow; provide recommendations for distributions
- Support budgeting processes and prepare partner-facing presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze both quantitative and qualitative performance data
- Develop strong understanding of joint venture assets and key performance drivers
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Yardi experience, advanced Excel user
- Experience with financial statements
- Real estate industry experience, particularly in multi-residential or development
- Pursuing CPA or CFA designation
