What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead & Mentor: Develop and inspire your team to succeed in the automotive industry.
- Customer Satisfaction & Profitability: Ensure every customer leaves happy while keeping the department financially strong.
- Oversee Repairs & Workflows: Maintain dealership standards and assist with diagnostics when needed.
- Optimize Efficiency: Keep shop tools, equipment, and operations running smoothly.
- Develop Talent: Train, coach, and upskill staff to elevate their performance.
- Drive Productivity: Monitor staff efficiency and keep the momentum going.
- Be the Go-To Expert: Support customers and staff with your knowledge and leadership.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Tackle challenges head-on with innovative solutions and a flexible approach.
- Financial & Performance Analytics: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Highly Engaged with Staff: Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by being actively involved with your team.
- 3-5 years of automotive experience (preferably in Fixed Operations).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and drive success.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional experience.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges efficiently.
- Adaptability to manage a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry.
- Financial & Analytical Skills to assess performance data and drive improvements.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
- Previous managerial experience? That’s a plus!
