Toast is recruiting on behalf of this company for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a growing team dedicated to transforming the family office wealth management space. This company is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented engineer with a strong background in React and TypeScript who is eager to build and deliver thoughtful, user-focused products. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys developing elegant, functional software that improves business workflows and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build efficient, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications using React and TypeScript
  • Develop backend functionality using Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS, ensuring quality through test-driven development
  • Design, implement, and maintain modern, structured project architectures using industry best practices
  • Collaborate on API design and development, ensuring functionality evolves with business needs
  • Integrate third-party APIs and ensure responsive design across various platforms and devices

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience building complex, dynamic web applications with React (component-based architecture, state management, design systems)
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and understanding of reactive programming concepts
  • Experience with backend development using Node.js and working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and creating responsive web designs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues independently
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while being adaptable to shifting requirements
