What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent TELUS Communications through The Acquisition Group
- Engage with customers through direct, door to door community outreach
- Identify customer needs and recommend TELUS home and connectivity solutions
- Build trust through professional, respectful conversations
- Work toward clearly defined daily and weekly performance goals
- Receive ongoing feedback and coaching to continuously improve
- Uncapped commission-based earnings, tied directly to performance
- Hands-on training and continuous mentorship
- Structured training from day one — no sales experience required
- Clear expectations and measurable goals (you’ll always know where you stand)
- Daily team support and leadership guidance (you’re never left guessing)
- A performance-driven environment that values effort, consistency, and growth
- Opportunities to advance into leadership and higher-earning roles over time
- Friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy working with people
- Strong communication skills (we’ll help you sharpen them)
- Comfortable in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Available full-time, Monday to Friday or minimum 4 days from Monday to Saturday
