- Organizes and coordinates the compilation of the submission. Participates as required in authoring of documents/summaries, reviews, and provides comments for all components of regulatory applications and submissions.
- Accurately maintains and responsible for Slot Files across all of Gateway Casinos in Ontario which includes maintaining lists for all software.
- Tracks, maintains, and orders all software that’s affected by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission revocations and customer notifications from Slot Vendors for all of Gateway Casinos in Ontario.
- Accurately maintains proper gaming logs to comply with the AGCO, OLG and Internal Company Regulations
- Maintain and improve the preventive/predictive maintenance system and follow-up to ensure safe, timely and satisfactory completion of slot preventative maintenance work.
- Tracks the gaming machines malfunctions, causes and parts involved.
- Creates or initiates records, reports, and other administrative documentation in a timely manner as required to meet the expectations of the organization.
- Completing daily Shipping/Receiving paperwork including but not limited to internal company transfers.
- Scheduling all inbound and outbound loads and input information into the Warehouse schedule.
- Assisting in all aspects of inventory control including cycle counts, inventory adjustment forms, and running daily reports on inventory issues.
- Stocking, Issuing and Tracking all off-site warehouse inventory.
- Track inventory levels and identify, develop, and implement process improvements to reduce inventory, minimize costs and maximize working capital.
- Maintain warehouse shipping, receiving and storage areas.
- Coordinate removal and destruction of expired/damaged inventory.
- Coordinate repairs for any slot part inventory with repair vendors
- Maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pump tracks, etc.).
- Perform other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
- Excellent time management skills: ability to prioritize
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems
- Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use and understand Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Words, etc.) email, Internet navigation and presentation software (PowerPoint or other software).
- Strong understanding of casino products (slots & table games), systems and/or similar environments.
- Specific knowledge of the Gaming regulations within Ontario
- 3-5 years of casino and/or operations industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Forklift license (preferred)
- Individual must have or be eligible for AGCO Licensing.
