Global P&L and P&F Manager

In this role you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning & fulfillment processes, skills, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for planning & fulfillment metrics (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization)
• Establish and share best practices for operations planning, inventory management and resource management
• Support local operations planners master schedule and material planner in case of implementation of new processes and/or tools
• Identify key roots clauses for non-performance and drive improvement initiatives across the area
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in material planning/logistics
• Strong problem-solving skills and good stakeholders’ relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and in a matrix organization.
• Exceptional analytical, communication and leadership skills
