In this role, you’ll take charge of our Landscaping and Grounds/Snow Removal departments, providing expert guidance and support to ensure our sites are well-maintained and visually impressive. You’ll lead a dedicated team, conduct regular inspections, and implement landscaping schedules to keep properties in top shape. From overseeing preventative maintenance and responding to service requests to managing equipment and ensuring contract compliance, you'll play a vital role in keeping our grounds pristine and safe.

As a key player in client relations and contract management, you’ll work closely with building owners, tenants, and suppliers to deliver top-tier service while identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll also support senior management in exploring new business opportunities and enhancing Edon’s landscaping services.

What you will do?

• Evolve and grow Edon Management’s Grounds/Snow Removal team as new business opportunities present themselves
• Provide overall guidance for Edon’s Grounds/Snow Removal department by supervising, guiding, and supporting team members, ensuring that proper training and development is provided at all levels
• Conduct regular landscaping inspections to identify concerns and ensure grounds meet contract standards.
• Oversee and assist with landscaping tasks such as grass maintenance, planting, trimming, and pest control.
• Oversee and assist with mechanical work on landscaping equipment and the operation of various power tools.
• Address performance issues and ensure the team meets operational goals.
• Support growth opportunities by participating in and promoting growth opportunities to expand Edon Management’s grounds/snow removal services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  
  

Who we are looking for?

• Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of grounds/snow removal practices
• Expertise in grounds equipment, including types, operational costs, and repairs.
• Strong command of the English language (reading and writing)
• Strong customer service, communication, and client management skills.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff to accomplish objectives
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience guiding teams to achieve objectives.
