Job Summary

Being an independent contractor doesn't have to be exhausting! Stop spending your weekends making social media posts, following up with customers, finding new customers, balancing the books and start enjoying the time off you worked hard to earn. Let our business take care of operations so you can focus on what you love: fixing, building, and working with your hands! Here's what we need from you:

  • Estimate jobs on a regular basis (with office assistance) and produce it with quality workmanship.
  • Price and gather materials required to complete a job.
  • Communicate job requirements clearly and effectively with customers and office staff.
  • Manage and maintain job records & receipts to hand in to the office for processing.
  • Provide upstanding customer service with home and business owners
  • Assist other contractors with jobs as necessary.


Skill Requirements

Above average competence in a minimum of three (3) of the following:

  • Carpentry - Rough and Finish
  • Drywall / Painting
  • Minor electrical and/or plumbing
  • Flooring
  • Tiling
  • Remodels
  • Residential and/or commercial maintenance.


General Requirements

  • Knowledge of building codes and material management
  • Possess a valid drivers license and have a reliable vehicle
  • Own basic construction tools
  • Undergo annual criminal background checks
  • Own a smart phone
  • General problem solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Predictable availability Monday to Friday (weekends optional)
  • Outstanding customer service and organization
