As Head Launch Quality Business Group Europe (BGEU), you play a key role in shaping successful product launches across Europe by leading advanced quality planning, supplier quality, and cross-functional project execution from acquisition to SOP. You act as the voice of the customer, ensuring highest quality standards while driving efficiency, transparency, and strong collaboration across functions and suppliers. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence end-to-end launch performance and build a strong quality culture across BGEU.

Your Tasks:

• BGEU representative for Advanced Quality Planning including Supplier Quality Engineering.
• Management of Quality Development programs for Quality disciplines (Learning Academy).
• Leadership of Data management and reporting protocols in Quality.
• Ensure the customer voice providing all quality deliverables during Business acquisition phase.
• Manage (Plan, Direct, Monitor, Align) Quality Activities to support overall APD planning and project execution from QDM to SOP.
• Drive efficiency in methods and execution of tasks.
• Ensure task execution, effective communication and clear reporting for Quality launch activities in supplier development, process industrialization and customer approval.
• Ensure the implementation of Autoneum Supplier Quality Assurance approach toward suppliers and internally from RFQ through SOP.
• Ensure the introduction and approval of new suppliers in line with the defined processes
• Provide initial inputs to the BGEU supplier data base in term of certification level
