- Apply your healthcare data governance expertise to evaluate, structure, and validate health data used in AI model training
- Define and assess governance frameworks, data quality standards, and compliance controls within AI training workflows
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in health data sets — flagging issues with clear, structured documentation
- Work across clinical, operational, and technical domains to ensure AI-ready data meets regulatory and quality standards
- Review and provide expert feedback on AI-generated healthcare content, workflows, and data structures
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
- Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health informatics
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy laws and regulatory frameworks — including HIPAA and related standards
- Able to think cross-functionally across clinical, technical, and compliance domains
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating data quality and governance controls
- Clear and structured written communicator who can document findings effectively
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- Prior experience with data annotation, data labeling, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in EHR systems, health information management, or clinical informatics
- Experience with data quality frameworks, master data management, or regulatory audits
- Familiarity with AI tools or large-scale health data systems
- Work at the intersection of healthcare data and advanced AI — a genuinely rare opportunity
