What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate HR records, files, and databases (HRIS)
  • Post job openings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
  • Support benefits enrollment and answer employee questions
  • Ensure HR processes
  • Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries
  • Contribute to process improvements across HR operations

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of HR Admin or Executive Assistance experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Based in the Toronto Metro area, with the ability to commute to the Markham office 3x/week
