This role is responsible for supporting the Human Resources team in all facets of human resources including: providing support for Kronos and Workday data entry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at delivering customer centric HR services to a diverse client group.
First point of contact to employees for HR administration questions and concerns for payroll
Act as the Workday and Kronos super user, supporting the business units need for Workday and Kronos training, reporting, process improvement, data integrity, and employee data changes
Run Workday and Kronos reports on HR business metrics to support decision-making
Drive operational excellence and efficiency in HR processes to enable the organization to respond to changing priorities
Leave of Absence administrative management
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
2-3 years of Human Resources administrative experience required
Kronos and Workday HCM experience, strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive situations and details with high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality, exhibit a high level of integrity at all times
Working knowledge of both federal and state employment laws and regulations
Strong collaborator and ability to work independently.
