We're partnering with a well-established manufacturer seeking a people-focused HR Generalist to join their team on-site. This role will support the Senior Director of HR in delivering engaging HR programs, training, recruitment, and employee initiatives while maintaining organized HR systems and processes. You'll play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring accurate Canadian payroll processing for a mid-sized manufacturing workforce.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, supporting both HR strategy and day-to-day administration (including data entry, report generation, and organizing HR records). You'll thrive here if you are proactive, solutions-focused, and enjoy working directly with people on the floor in a collaborative environment.
