Position Overview
EOSOL Group is seeking an HSE Officer to support utility-scale wind projects across Canada.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards during wind farm operations and maintenance activities, maintaining safe working conditions and supporting field safety compliance.

Position Overview
EOSOL Group is seeking an HSE Officer to support utility-scale wind projects across Canada.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards during wind farm operations and maintenance activities, maintaining safe working conditions and supporting field safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce HSE compliance during field activities.
- Participate in daily safety meetings and operational planning.
- Support and verify work permits, LOTO, JSEA, and critical safety procedures.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and electrical safety compliance.
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses.
- Prepare daily HSE reports and safety documentation.
- Support site audits and HSE inspections.
- Verify worker certifications and mandatory training compliance.
- Participate in emergency response and rescue readiness activities.
- Maintain proper field documentation with time-stamped reports and photos.
Qualifications
Education
- Degree or technical diploma in HSE, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience as an HSE Officer / HSE Supervisor in wind, industrial, or energy projects.
- Utility-scale wind project experience is highly preferred.
- OSHA 10/30 or equivalent
- First Aid / CPR
- Working at Heights / Rescue Training (preferred)
- CSA Z462 Electrical Safety (preferred)
- LOTO procedures
- JSEA
- Confined Space
- Electrical Safety compliance
- HSE procedures in energy projects
- Intermediate to Advanced English (mandatory).
- Safety leadership
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Organization and follow-up
- Ability to work in field environments
