We are presently searching for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator; this is a remote position. In this position, you will primarily focus on full-cycle employee experience and programs. Additional responsibilities will include researching, developing, managing and interpreting employee programs and policies. Under minimal supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator will also provide guidance to employees and management on best practices and address general employee relations questions.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Establish and maintain HRIS
  • Create new hire and termination packets
  • Answers employees' questions and assists with the resolution of problems.
  • Gathers and compiles information and produces reports (project status, staffing, financial, etc.).
  • Assist Human Resources staff as needed
  • Assist on and participate in other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field; equivalent experience may be substituted
  • 2+ years of progressive experience as a human resources generalist

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with multiple aspects of Human Resources (e.g., training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, HRIS).
  • Intermediate MS Office application skills. Excel is a must.
  • Basic skills using a HRIS (preferably ADP WorkforceNow) and related reporting tools.
  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the firm.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidential information.
