Build Your Career in Residential Field Service

At Bridgepoint Maintenance, our technicians solve problems every day. Whether it is restoring heat in the middle of winter, diagnosing an air-conditioning issue during the summer, or completing preventative maintenance before a small problem becomes a major repair, our team helps keep residential properties operating safely and efficiently.

We are looking for experienced HVAC Technicians who enjoy field service, can troubleshoot confidently, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship on every appointment.

Our Hiring Process

Once your application has been reviewed, qualified candidates will receive an email within 24 to 48 hours inviting them to complete a pre-recorded online interview.

The interview allows us to better understand your HVAC experience, the systems you service, your diagnostic process, qualifications, tools, transportation, availability, and ability to work independently before moving selected candidates to the next stage.

What Your Week Might Look Like

Every Day Brings Different Service Calls, Including

  • Diagnosing heating and cooling system issues
  • Performing HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
  • Servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, ventilation systems, and other residential HVAC equipment
  • Identifying failed components and recommending appropriate repairs
  • Replacing approved components within your verified scope of work
  • Testing systems before leaving to confirm proper operation
  • Documenting completed work with notes and photos
  • Identifying additional maintenance concerns when appropriate
  • Managing appointments, work orders, and updates through our mobile work app

You will travel directly between scheduled appointments throughout your assigned service area.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Have at least 3 years of paid HVAC field experience
  • Can diagnose and complete HVAC service work independently
  • Have experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems
  • Understand safe work practices and the importance of working within their approved qualifications
  • Take pride in accurate diagnostics instead of simply replacing parts

  • Your own HVAC tools and testing equipment appropriate for your scope of work
  • A suitable smartphone capable of using GPS, mobile work apps, photos, and digital work orders
