Inclusive Education/Resource Teacher-TTOC ( On-Call)

The Board's general requirement is that TTOC's be available for call-out on 50% of the instructional days in each month.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Bachelor of Education
  • Completion of one of the following:
    • Masters in Special Education
    • Diploma in Special Education
    • 1 year Full-Time Continuing contract as a Resource Teacher.
  • Prior teaching experience is an asset
  • Completion of an Educational Assistant program and/or experience as an Educational Assistant is an asset
  • Membership in or eligible to become a member in the Teacher Regulation Branch
  • Registration with the Teacher Qualification Service

  • Recent Grads - Your Final Practicum Reports-Do not include lesson observations or mid-term reports
  • Experienced Teachers - A Teaching Evaluation completed within the past 8 years
  • BC Teaching Certificate (TRB) – If your application is in process, include a screenshot
