Join us as an Information Technology Student for our BC Region district, within our Canadian Buildings sector for 4-12 months starting September 2026. As an Information Technology Student, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities

• Providing tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in person) support to district – both in the office and various site locations
• Logging IT related support calls
• Deployment of hardware
• Assisting in the maintenance of the IT work areas
• Handling equipment audits & shipments
• Creating process documentation
• Assisting Systems & Office Administrators in a variety of other systems related tasks as required

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers (Microsoft office basic hardware support)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Previous support experience an asset

The estimated hourly wage range for this role is $19.88 - $24.38, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
