We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment and wants to grow their career in an exciting and evolving industry.
About The Role
This role is all about driving revenue, growing accounts, and creating loyal customers. You’ll manage and expand a portfolio of lotion, accessory, and lamp accounts while actively prospecting new salon partners. You’ll combine consultative selling with top-tier service, educating customers, making confident recommendations, and closing sales.
You’ll report to the Sales Manager and work on-site with a high-energy team that’s focused on results.

What You’ll Do
- Drive sales growth within your assigned portfolio of accounts
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Proactively contact customers by phone to promote products, and build relationships
- Use consultative selling to recommend the right products for each customer’s business
- Prospect and onboard new retail salon accounts, primarily by phone
- Build long-term relationships that turn customers into loyal partners
- Accurately enter and process customer orders
- Maintain detailed knowledge of our full product line, lotions, accessories, and lamps
- Participate in trade shows, training seminars, and promotional events
- Deliver webinar and onsite training for key accounts when required
- Assist with marketing initiatives and showroom merchandising
- Support customers in person at our showroom
- Effectively use sales tools, computers, and required software
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
- Represent Uvalux professionally at all times
- A sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals and closing deals
- Confidence and comfort selling over the phone and building rapport quickly
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A consultative approach, listening first, then recommending with confidence
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude
- Comfort working in a performance-based, target-focused role
- Tech-savvy skills and experience using CRM systems and sales software
- Professional appearance and business-appropriate attire
- Willingness to learn, grow, and become an expert in our industry
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field, combined with previous inside sales or customer service experience, is considered an asset
