We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Saint John, New Brunswick branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable product support and solutions to HVAC/R customers while managing day-to-day account needs
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
- Support branch sales initiatives and contribute to achieving sales and growth targets
- Process customer orders accurately, including order entry, pricing, and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, lead times, and customer requirements
- Work closely with the outside sales team to prepare quotations, enter and track sales orders, and ensure timely customer follow-up
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records within sales and inventory systems
- Participate in technical and professional development opportunities
- Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive and collaborative branch environment
What You Bring
- Previous wholesale inside sales experience, preferably within the HVAC/R industry
- Strong product knowledge of HVAC/R systems and related products would be considered an asset
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Intermediate computer skills and experience using sales, inventory, or customer management software
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, particularly with order entry and documentation
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safe and efficient work practices
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow
