We are looking for a skilled learning professional to design and develop sales training content and learning activities for a global audience. The training experiences you create will align with our content development strategies and be integrated into training curricula to enhance the knowledge and skills of SOTI's global employees, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging course content and learning activities aligned to a variety of deliverable types (instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, web-based learning, videos, etc)
• Understand audience needs and develop learning experiences based on the ADDIE model
• Analyze trends and best practices in learning technologies/methodologies and contemporary instructional design
• Create compelling exercises and activities that enhance the overall learning process and experience
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
• Engage in project planning and attend meetings to execute new product introductions for SOTI One platform as defined by the Global Training and Global Sales Enablement teams
• Define and own the creation and execution of assessments (tests/quizzes) for online learning aligned with Global Training programs
• Conduct thorough reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of instructional materials
• Work with the Global Training team on measuring the effectiveness of the deliverables created
• Maintain project documentation and course folders
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with sales methodologies, developing sales training and sales leadership programs
• Extensive experience with Articulate 360 authoring tools
• College/University degree, preferred
• Work portfolio examples
• A minimum of 4 years experience in Instructional Design or an equivalent field
• Knowledge of learning methodologies and adult learning best practices
• Ability to concurrently work on multiple projects and remain flexible to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems such as Docebo
• Visual design skills using PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Video and audio editing capabilities using Audacity and AI tools such as WellSaid Labs
• Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills to effectively work with team members, peers, and stakeholders
• Experience with using AI to improve the content development process and an ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Willingness to embrace change and process improvements to streamline work processes
