Key Responsibilities
- Supervising planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns to drive sales, support product marketing, and ensure performance goals.
- Developing and monitoring strategic marketing programs for the Canon dealer channels
- Collaborating with Business Planning and Sales to plan, develop, create, and execute quarterly promotions that drive sales targets and objectives across both the Consumer and Dealer channels.
- Supervising the Consumer channel marketing team to support Product Marketing with product launches and ongoing sales tools creation
- Organizing the Annual Consumer Channel Communication Calendars, including scheduling, developing, designing, and executing messages to support strategic initiatives
- Overseeing the team to maintain dealer online and in-store merchandising, including retail fixtures, displays, and online content
- Ensuring product launches in the dealer channel, including setup, announcements, and pre-disclosure presentations.
- Working with Product Marketing and Technical Marketing teams to execute dealer-level online promotions.
- Post-secondary education in business or marketing.
- A minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking skills to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
- Apply analytical skills to generate reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to management.
- Demonstrate project and process management skills to contribute to projects of moderate scope across business teams.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data entry, sorting, and filtering, and in PowerPoint or Google Slides for creating presentations.
- Basic equipment operation skills to use Canon products.
HYBRID WORK
- We offer a Hybrid work schedule. You will be in the office Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week and can work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance).

The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
- Compensation Range $91,700- 100,000 annually.
