Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist teams with daily supply chain operations, projects, and administrative tasks
• Execute specific tasks, analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations to support decision-making
• Material master data review and clean-up, ensure data integrity to support SAP/APO to Kinaxis transition
• Review material expiry and activities, provide analysis for material destruction notices (MDN)
• Perform SAP transaction to cleanup residual inventory for small value & small quantities.
• Assist Excel modeling, developing tools to improve material requirement validation
  
  

Additional Responsibility (Only Applicable To Customer Facing Roles)

Report any adverse event received from customers for company products to the pharmacovigilance department / Drug Safety on the same day or within 1 business day

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a university or college program, often focusing on related fields (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, Engineering). (Graduate/ Post Grad) (1st/2nd/3rd year)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Demonstrated leadership in academics, community services and/or extracurricular activities
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as on a team
