As the Internal Communications Specialist you will create, manage and publish content that connects our global team members to our Purpose. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering strategic communications across multiple internal channels, promoting a culture of brand advocacy and contributing to a connected workplace culture where our people feel informed, engaged, and aligned with our organizational goals.
What you'll do:

We offer competitive compensation that recognizes individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.

As the Internal Communications Specialist you will create, manage and publish content that connects our global team members to our Purpose. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering strategic communications across multiple internal channels, promoting a culture of brand advocacy and contributing to a connected workplace culture where our people feel informed, engaged, and aligned with our organizational goals.
What you'll do:
- Content Development & Employee Engagement: Write, edit, publish and promote compelling stories that connect our global team members to Mark Anthony’s Purpose, while supporting initiatives that enhance engagement and effectively communicate results, brands and priorities across the organization.
- Channel Management & Reporting: Own and maintain the intranet, while also supporting the effective use of all internal communication channels to enhance engagement and productivity, using analytics to inform decision-making.
- Intake Requests & Content Calendar Coordination: Lead the intake of internal communications requests, inbox management, and content calendar planning and editorial scheduling to ensure communications are timely, organized and effective.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Design or related field
- 2-5 years of professional communications experience with a global company—writing, editing and managing content, with a strong portfolio showcasing clear, compelling storytelling
- Strong technical skills in managing communication channels, publishing content, and using analytics tools to track effectiveness and optimize messaging
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs while working both independently and as a collaborative team player
