As an IT Systems Engineer, you’ll be a key part of our infrastructure team, responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting critical systems and services. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, reliability, and security across our IT environment. What you do:

• Support and maintain IT systems as well as cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) as part of the overall IT and DevOps infrastructure.
• Assist with provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of cloud resources such as virtual machines, storage, and networking.
• Ensure secure access and usage of cloud services, including identity management and role-based permissions.
• Participate in cost and performance optimization efforts for cloud-based systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support hybrid infrastructure environments (on-prem + cloud).
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), along with security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls (such as Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto).
• Familiarity with both Linux and Windows server environments.
• Experience supporting productivity platforms like Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of mobile device management tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf).
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with at least one scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
