Responsibilities

  • In-market execution of brand plans and programming
  • Execute all aspects of sales plan with retail and on-premise customers
  • Responsible for monitoring, evaluating and tracking sales related targets to identify and develop areas for growth
  • Reviewing district planning alongside the District Sales Manager
  • Build strong business relationships with customers and consumer groups
  • Execution excellence of National and customized programming
  • Execution of call cycle and administrative duties (routine management)
  • Continuously check the management of product quality, prices and inventories and ensure follow-up with the district sales manager

  • Salary of 47,100$/year

Skills & Experiences

  • Post Secondary Education
  • Previous experience in field sales execution in CPG industry an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent relationship building and follow-up skills
  • Strong impact and influence abilities
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events as required.
  • Must hold a full valid clear driver's license
