At JDass Corp., we are looking for Junior Accountant who is responsible for managing all financial transactions of our business operations.
Junior Accountant will work closely with a team to manage financial functions, including from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets, accounts payable/ receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, audits and inventory management.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records
- Process and reconcile daily sales transactions
- Prepare and submit timely financial reports to management
- Monitor and track inventory levels and costs
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Monitor QuickBooks and ensure payments are being posted/reconciled in a timely manner
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and insights
- Provide support during tax preparation and audits
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting practices
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an accountant.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
