CanWest Concrete in Leduc is seeking an experienced Concrete Cutting & Coring Estimator/Project Manager to join our successful sales team.

Responsibility:

• Prepare and provide estimates to customers for basement windows
• Lead project meetings, site visits, and make sure CanWest’s policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist in the preparation of contracts, negotiation of changes, revisions, and additions as required.
• Plan, implement, and monitor the construction plan
• Ensure documentation and billing are completed in a timely manner

Experience:

• +5 years experience in the concrete cutting industry is required
• 1-2 years of experience in sales is preffered
• Must have an understanding of how to read blueprints
• Experience in a project management is preferred
• Experience working with computers.
