Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain quarry equipment and machinery
- Assist with drilling, blasting, crushing, and screening operations
- Load and unload materials using hand tools and heavy equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Support other team members and supervisors as needed
This position is located in Saint John, New Brunswick.
- Experience: 2-5 years of labour experience is preferred, but not required for motivated candidates.
- Skills & Knowledge: A strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as shoveling, lifting, carrying, and pushing wheelbarrows for extended periods.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with your crew and leadership.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Hands-On Experience: Work on a variety of civil construction projects, gaining valuable experience in the field.
