Position Overview
We are seeking a Law Clerk with a specialty in Corporate Law to join our London, Ontario office. In this role, you'll work closely with our Corporate Services team, providing legal and administrative support on a wide range of corporate and compliance matters. You will perform your duties and responsibilities for the Company primarily from an office located in the Company’s location in London, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file corporate documents, including incorporations, amendments, dissolutions, and annual returns.
- Maintain corporate records and minute books in compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
- Draft resolutions, agreements, and correspondence pertaining to corporate matters.
- Work collaboratively with FBC colleagues across the country and maintain strong relationships with Members, providing exceptional support.
Education and Experience
- Law Clerk or Paralegal diploma.
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate law environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate structures, filings, and provincial and federal legislation requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal management software.
