We are looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join our team in the U.S.! This role is ideal for someone with a passion for facilitating engaging workshops, designing impactful learning experiences, managing key aspects of the training function, and coaching individuals to perform at their peak. What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join our team in the U.S.! This role is ideal for someone with a passion for facilitating engaging workshops, designing impactful learning experiences, managing key aspects of the training function, and coaching individuals to perform at their peak. You’ll work closely with employees and leaders to drive professional growth and organizational development through high-quality learning initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
Workshop Facilitation & Individual Coaching
- Lead engaging, interactive training sessions and workshops for employees across various teams.
- Adapt facilitation style to different audiences and learning needs.
- Provide coaching and support to employees and managers to enhance workplace effectiveness.
- Design and develop training programs, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training (VILT), and e-learning.
- Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Customize global training materials for the Israeli audience.
- Partner with the LMS Admin to upload courses, track attendance, and provide reporting.
- Coordinate training logistics, such as scheduling, enrollment, and communications.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement L&D initiatives.
- Oversee training event planning and execution, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Work cross-functionally to identify learning needs and recommend solutions.
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills – ability to lead engaging and interactive workshops.
- Experience in instructional design, training delivery, and course development.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and learning technologies, experience with Workday a plus.
- Ability to coach individuals to help them overcome obstacles and challenges and reach their professional goals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple training initiatives.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global L&D teams.
- Individual coaching experiences a big plus.
- 4-year degree, master's degree preferred, majoring instructional design, industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, education, or similar

- Semperis maintains office locations in several cities across the globe. Candidates who reside within 45 miles of one of our offices—or where the job description specifies a required location—will follow our hybrid work model. This includes working onsite some days per week and remotely the remaining days.
