- Use your superior communication to assist customers in a way that they will understand
- Promote and describe our products and programs to our customers
- Achieve and maintain appropriate service levels
- Gather relevant information to process inquiries quickly and accurately
- Influence customer loyalty through professionalism and solidify relationships by following through on commitments
- Utilize effective sales closing techniques to achieve desired business growth
- Completed a university degree OR 2–3-year public college diploma OR CIP designation
- Proven success in a professional sales and customer service role
- Must already possess an Ontario OTL or RIBO license
- Fluently bilingual in English and French is an asset
- Professional, friendly, and courteous in all interactions with both customers and co-workers
- You pride yourself on delivering the highest level of customer service
- You perform well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- You have good analytical and negotiating skills
- Not only are you comfortable with change, but you also welcome it!
- You are proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
