Our client is a well-established and growing Quebec manufacturing company that designs, produces and ships quality solutions to its customers around the world. To support our international expansion, we are seeking a rigorous and experienced Logistics Coordinator with solid expertise in international customs regulations.
Your day-to-day work
Your day-to-day work
- Plan, coordinate, and track international shipments, from factory exit to customer delivery.
- Manage all customs-related aspects: export/import documentation, codification, compliance, Incoterms, and country-by-country requirements.
- Be the internal expert on customs regulations – advise the team on best practices and compliance requirements.
- Work Work closely with carriers, brokers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Optimize logistics costs while maintaining a high level of service.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes and the maintenance of KPIs.
- Significant experience (10 years+) in international logistics, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of customs regulations
- Comfortable with ERP systems and logistics tracking tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-sensitive environment.
- Bilingualism (French/English) – essential for international exchanges.
