You are:

A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of managing transportation. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The work:

• Review and integrate all TMS requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements.

• Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements.

• Provide input into final decisions regarding SAP TM and its related products

• Help clients understand TM best practices and how these are supported through SAP TM

• Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs

• Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)

• Give clients options for designs using prototypes

• Set up and test the SAP system

• Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go

• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led

Here’s what you need:

• Expertise and Hands-On experience in SAP Transportation Management (S/4 HANA) across Order Management, Transportation Planning, Execution and Settlement

• Experience in integrating TM with other SAP components including OTC, Procurement, Finance and EWM

• Experience in running client workshops and demos for end to end transportation processes

• Experience in integrating with BN4L (LBN) freight collaboration and GTT

• Experience/Understanding of TM integration with GTS (Global Trade Services)

• Understanding of basic technical architecture of TM including the BOPF framework and ppf

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement
