As a Maintenance Aide, you will be accountable for…
- Provide support in the maintenance department, painting operations of the home, general upkeep, as well as making sure everything is as per the company standards.
- Assist with the property maintenance including exterior duties including snow removal property lightning, garbage, and other general operations.
- Other duties as required.
- Post-Secondary Certificate in Skill trades or related program or high level of experience.
- One year or more of experience in a similar position with working knowledge of electrical and mechanical home operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Ability to multitask, time management and can work independently.
- Ability to prioritize work and must be able to work in fast paced environment.
