Overlanders Manufacturing is currently seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Documentation Coordinator to join our team in Abbotsford. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate job documentation, coordinating workflow, and maintaining efficient information flow across departments. As a Manufacturing Documentation Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and managing work orders, preparing job packets, and supporting production and sales teams with accurate and timely information. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will help ensure smooth production operations and maintain Overlanders’ high standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage work orders based on customer specifications and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including order confirmations, purchase orders, and change requests.
- Prepare job packets with drawings, instructions, and required production documentation.
- Process work order changes and ensure all updates are communicated across teams.
- Support sales and production teams with order-related inquiries and updates.
- Perform accurate data entry and conduct regular data quality checks.
- Review and process change orders and manage engineering holds.
- Update production documents such as picklists, labels, records, and shared files.
- Monitor workflow to ensure timely movement of jobs across departments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Support training of Order Entry Clerks and Production Assistants
- Assist in projects related to improving production control and data systems.
- Experience in manufacturing, production coordination, or order entry (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems or order management systems is an asset.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as cutting, bending, and fabrication.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or workflow issues.
- Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
- Location: Abbotsford, BC
- Wage: $22 – $24 per hour (dependent on experience)
