Reports To Title Manufacturing Supervisor

Shift: Rotation (Mon-Fri: 2 weeks 0730 – 1600; 2 weeks 1530 – 0000)

General Responsibilities

Reporting to a Manufacturing Supervisor, you are responsible for the completion of all Manufacturing processes, accuracy of corresponding documentation, and strict adherence to established standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture tablets and capsules, dispensing product, equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Ensure accuracy of corresponding documentation and strict adherence to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Use of basic hand tools and measuring tools to carry out machine setups and adjustments. Training will be provided.
• Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.
  
  

Education & Experience Requirements

• Completion of Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Certificate preferred.
• Working knowledge of the associated regulations that govern the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
• Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.
  
  

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Ability to meet physical demands such as twisting, lifting, bending and reaching.
• Good English verbal, reading and writing skills with a proven ability to follow precise guidelines.
• Basic mathematical & mechanical skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, attention to detail and a team player. Shift work may be required.

Total Rewards

The starting base pay for this role is $19/hour. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location.
