“Turn your passion for social media and next-gen AI into real-world impact at Novus Attractions—the startup reinventing the amusement and leisure industry.”

About Us

Novus Attractions is on a mission to re-energize the amusement and leisure world for Gen Z and beyond. We blend smart sensors, interactive projection mapping, and real-time data to turn every experience into a share-worthy moment. With major expos on the horizon, we’re scaling our marketing engine and doubling down on AI to broadcast our story worldwide. Our team of engineers and designers works quickly, tries new ideas often, and welcomes good ideas from anyone.

If you geek out over social trends, love tinkering with the latest AI tools, and want to see your work light up real venues (literally), you’ll feel right at home with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, publish, and engage on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels to keep our voice lively and consistent.
  • Capture or source photos and video, then refine them in Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, Midjourney, Veo or similar tools into scroll-stopping posts.
  • Prototype and deploy AI workflows with Relevance.ai, n8n, or Make.com that automate copywriting and content repurposing.
  • Produce on-brand email snippets, one-pagers, pitch decks, and expo assets that support our marketing and sales push.
  • Help building and monitor performance dashboards, spot trends, and propose quick experiments to keep us learning and iterating.

Who You Are

  • You’re studying—or freshly graduated in—Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field and can commit more than 30 hrs/week for 3 months (hybrid in Markham, ON).
  • Comfortable creating social posts and short-form video, with hands-on skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe apps, or similar.
  • Curious about (or already tinkering with) Relevance.ai, n8n, Make.com, and Framer—and excited to build simple automations.
  • Strong written English; you can turn loose ideas into crisp captions, email lines, or one-pagers.
  • Organized self-starter who loves rapid feedback loops and isn’t afraid to pitch new experiments.
  • Nice-to-haves: prior startup experience, photography chops, video-editing flair, a love for games in heart.

Work in a hybrid setup, in a lively, engaging startup community, collaborate closely with mentors, and enjoy the freedom to launch daring ideas. Build portfolio-ready projects, test our newest device prototypes, and, if the fit is right, transition smoothly into a full-time role.
