What You'll Do
- Represent and promote personal development and leadership programs through digital channels.
- Participate in weekly online development sessions to enhance product and marketing knowledge.
- Conduct consultations with individuals interested in personal growth and leadership development.
- Manage your workflow and schedule independently (minimum of 15–20 hours/week).
- Engage with a supportive professional network and ongoing training.
- 5+ years of experience in coaching, learning and development, training, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Confidence using digital tools, including Zoom, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
- Alignment with values of personal development, leadership, and lifelong learning.
- Based in Australia, USA, Canada or NZ.
- You’re a business professional seeking a change from traditional organisational roles.
- You want to earn based on your performance and outcomes, not fixed hours.
- You’re ready to take ownership of your time, work from anywhere, and enjoy a flexible schedule.
- You’re motivated by meaningful work and continuous personal growth.
- This is a contract role and not suitable for visa seekers or full-time students.
- No specific experience in this industry? All good, you’ll receive access to professional-level training.
