THE POSITION

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role within the team and collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing communication projects, promotional initiatives, and events aimed at strengthening brand awareness and customer engagement for the ROYALMOUNT property.

Responsabilities

Marketing Support

Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, events, and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution;

Support the marketing team in implementing initiatives by ensuring timely follow-ups, effective communication, and adherence to deadlines;

Coordinate studio and design-related projects by ensuring briefs are complete, required information is available, and deliverables progress according to established priorities;

Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure deliverables align with ROYALMOUNT’s brand image, messaging, and standards;

Coordinate the production, tracking, and distribution of promotional materials, visuals, content, signage, and other marketing assets required for campaigns, events, and communications;

Assist in the coordination of projects and events to help ensure timelines, budgets, and brand objectives are met;

Maintain the organization and accessibility of marketing assets, including on-site tools, visuals, promotional materials, and reference files;

Support research, coordination, and follow-ups with vendors, including creative agencies, production partners, printers, and other external collaborators.

Administration

Manage administrative tasks related to marketing projects, including timelines, approvals, working documents, reporting, and internal follow-ups;

Coordinate internal communications related to marketing initiatives to ensure smooth information flow among team members and stakeholders;

Maintain and organize the marketing materials library, including promotional items, branding tools, visuals, source files, and reference documents;

Track invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and budget updates in collaboration with relevant team members;

Update tracking spreadsheets, marketing calendars, vendor lists, and planning documents;

Provide general administrative support to facilitate the organization, prioritization, and smooth execution of marketing projects;

Perform any other related tasks that contribute to the operational efficiency of the marketing team.

Analysis and Reporting

Track the performance of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives using established KPIs and metrics;

Compile key performance indicators, including engagement, reach, conversions, traffic (when available), and platform-specific results;

Prepare regular performance reports to support analysis, optimization, and decision-making;

Monitor marketing expenses and assist in the preparation of budget reports;

Identify key insights, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement to share with the team;

Monitor market trends, digital marketing best practices, and relevant industry initiatives.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing;

Strong project coordination skills and understanding of marketing performance analysis;

Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms;

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends during events;

Creative, proactive, and team-oriented;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
