Your impact:

Tasked with developing and guiding the strategic direction and marketing initiatives across the company, with specific responsibility for revenue contribution. This role focuses on strategic planning and performance measurement at an executive level. It ensures effective communication of the company's products, technology platforms, and positioning by comprehensively understanding local industry dynamics. Additionally, acts as a local representative for providing business and strategic insights, as well as addressing high-level upstream needs.

What You Will Do

  • Drive profitable performance effectively through strategies such as market expansion, product diversification, and targeted customer engagement
  • Manage and monitor all marketing activities to ensure alignment with the strategic marketing plan, collaborating closely with relevant marketing and commercial stakeholders, focusing on key performance KPIs.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on the performance of the marketing plan, according to established KPIs.
  • Lead and oversee the implementation of the segment-specific strategic marketing plans, which include vision setting and monitoring performance outcomes.
  • Provide support and oversight for all commercial planning activities, including go-to-market (G2M) strategies, local pricing initiatives, business cases, and segment strategies.
  • Ensure effective and prompt interactions with Regional/Global stakeholders to meet upstream and downstream requirements.
  • Foster growth and professional development in a team of top-tier marketing professionals by offering them challenging and growth-oriented opportunities.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 4-5 years in strategic commercial roles, with proven leadership experience.
  • Active in networking and engaging with both established and emerging social and private healthcare providers.
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of the Canadian market landscape, encompassing all customer groups, purchasing behaviors, governmental funding, and other influential entities.
  • Demonstrated strategic acumen with the capability to define strategic directions and conceive, design, and implement comprehensive long-term strategies that have resulted in measurable profitable revenue growth.
  • Skilled in analyzing data and market analytics to make informed, objective decisions.
