Marketing Manager - #114804

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, one of the top developer-builders in BC.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing strategic marketing plans for all residential projects and communities, as well as, work with the senior management team on overall brand management and positioning. This position comes with a competition salary and comprehensive compensation package, along with opportunities to be involved with some of the biggest projects in residential real estate in BC.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and manage new project “positioning statement” and overall marketing platform
• Facilitate, execute, and manage all project marketing variable and fixed budgets
• Be involved in the programming and co-ordination of the sales and marketing presentation centre and show homes
• Initiate and administer company focus groups required in new project market research and on-going project research
• Create “Case Study” marketing overviews for all new projects
• Explore and brainstorm new product development initiatives and provide competitive product updates
• Collaborate and execute on marketing strategies and communication
• Delivery of marketing materials for residential sites
• Execute all realtor, preview, and prospect events and promotions
• Manage online, website and social marketing presence
• Create and distribute weekly media schedule updates and report to the sales team and division team personnel
• Effectively manage the Sales and Marketing budget
• Create and distribute sales and marketing metrics/reports for project and corporate related initiatives
• Manage Homebuyer Survey Reports and distribute results to the division management team on a quarterly basis
• Liaise and manage outside marketing consultants and agencies
• Collaborate and execute detailed briefing and co-ordination of creative agencies, team members and suppliers to ensure effective and on-budget/time delivery

Requirements:

• An applicable degree or diploma and equivalent experience specific to real estate marketing
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in related real estate marketing and project management experiences
• Related marketing and brand positioning strategy experience. Launched min. 4 residential real estate projects
• Experience in managing marketing related vendor relations (Creative, Print Production, Media, Signage, and digital rendering, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word Doc, Power point), Adobe Acrobat, and InDesign
• Proficient with social media platforms
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Collaborative and positive approach
• Understanding of Vancouver’s residential real estate development industry
